On the doorstep of Beaune, City of Art and History, located in the heart of the vineyards, the Hostellerie de Levernois sits beside an 18-hole golf course and is the perfect place from which to set off and explore Burgundy’s charms. The 26 spacious and brightly lit rooms look out over five hectares of natural landscape. At lunch, by the river or by the fireplace, the Bistrot du Bord de l’Eau, housed in a historic building, serves dishes from the market. At dinner, opposite the gardens, a cuisine rich in flavour and authenticity, which focuses on the great gastronomic classics, is innovatively served. The meeting rooms open out onto five hectares of wooded parkland, traversed by a charming river: the Bouzaize. The vegetable garden supplies the ingredients for a cuisine that is rich in flavour and authenticity, based on revisited classics. When it comes to the wine cellar, some prestigious appellations from the region have pride of place, alongside over 800 other Burgundy wines.
By request, it is possible to organise wine tasting courses for beginners in the former XVIII Century wine cellars.
It is in this restful setting, ideal for contemplation, that we provide a range of different business packages (accommodation is also available in the 17 two star rooms of the Hôtel le Parc de l’Hostellerie, an adjoining establishment that is part of the same property: www.hotelleparc.fr)
